Wash your hands frequently
Use gloves when preparing or handling food items.
Use tongs or other utensils to handle food products.
Do not leave food out.
Always cover and place back in the cooler.
Please pull back long hair to prevent hair from falling on the food.
Check expiration dates on perishable foods and if they are outdated throw them away. -_ Never use old or questionably old food products.
Keep all surfaces and floors clean and free of dirt, grime, grease and dusts.
Make sure you have all the necessary cleaning supplies.
Make sure all food items have been covered for proper storage.
Wipe down all surfaces.
Wash all utensils and place in their proper place.
If there is a fire, pull the pin on the fire extinguisher, aim nozzle towards fire (from three to five feet) and pull lever to activate the extinguisher.
Contact the Fire Department immediately.
If the fire is out of control and the fire extinguisher is not effective, GET OUT!
Hot dog machine
Clean it if it was not done previously
Make sure the large metal tray is in place below the rollers
Wipe rollers clean with a non abrasive scrub pad.
Wipe from the edge of the roller to the center, to avoid accumulating the grease in the turning mechanism.
Turn it on to rotate the rollers to get all of the grease off
Rinse off any soap THOROUGHLY.
Clean the metal tray if it got dirty.

4. Cooking the hotdogs:
Put hotdogs on when you turn it on.
It takes approximately 10 minutes for a non-frozen cold hotdog to be ready to eat once preheated and set on “
5. CLEAN IT WHEN DONE!
The rollers cool down relatively quickly once it is turned off, so there is no reason why it should be left unclean when done for the day/night. Remember: Food Safety!
Clean the metal tray and large plastic cover as well.
You can skip through “preheat” to “cook” directly.
This is best used if you get a late start to turning it on. It is best if it is clean and ready to preheat 30 minutes prior to the start of the game.
Put bag of buns on top of the plastic cover to help keep them warm
Close the front of the plastic lid in the beginning when first starting the machine,
to help hotdogs warm up faster. Open it once things are warm and cooking.
